Are the items not quite what you had in mind? Too bad, but this can happen. Read below how to return your order. Click here to go to our return page / withdrawal page and fill it in completely, then add it to your return so that we are aware of your return and we can process it as well as possible. You can then return the items to the return address below within 14 working days (from which you received the order). When we have successfully received your return and it meets the return conditions, you will be refunded the amount within 10 working days to the account with which you paid the order.
Return conditions
- The products / clothing / shoes must be in original condition (not washed, worn and undamaged)
- The article must have original labels.
- The items must be returned in the original packaging (albeit solid packaging).
- PAY ATTENTION! Sale items may NOT be returned or exchanged!
- Returns are at your own risk; we are not responsible for loss of returns. It is therefore always smart to return your package with a B-post tracking code, so that you have proof of shipment!
Exchange

Do you want to exchange the same item for a different size? Which can. You again have 14 working days to return your order with the completed return form. Please indicate for which buddy you want to exchange. When we receive your return, we will send you the desired size.
Unfortunately, ordered items cannot be exchanged for another item. If you would like to receive another item, we recommend that you return your purchase. If your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount. You can place a new order in our shop for the item you want to receive.
